chemistry research topic (a levels)

for my holiday homework my new school has given me this chemistry research task which will probably contribute to my grade in the future.
i don’t really know what topic to choose and write about as i’m not too sure what actually count as chemistry...maybe hydrogen fuel cells? i’m not sure
it’d be great if someone would help me with choosing a topic to write about.

My college asked us to design a poster on recrystallisation when we were going into y1 - maybe you could do that? Fuel cells is good too, although there isn’t that much on it at A-Level (although tbf there isn’t that much on recrystallisation either). You could also do DNA (although that’s bio there’s quite a bit on proteins and DNA and a bit on cisplatin too).
