    Ok you need to be harsh OP!

    That's how a bird learns how to fly, because if it doesn't, it crashes and burns :/

    I'm saying this because I want what's best for you and for you to succeed. I mean DO listen to the advice on here, it’s great esp the use of an anti-depressant if you need one, but you just really need to pretend those foods don't exist!

    Play caveman or something, lol. Trust me it's fun, I've done it before. There is no such thing as convenience foods, just salads and meats Possibly breads if you're good

    Otherwise another good tip I could give is to drink more WATER. It's good for the body and soul, not to mention makes you fuller if you drink it before eating.
