i tried to google for it but no success and person that taught me doesnt want to tell as well :/
If it's a Second Language you've just decided to learn for the hell of it, then it would be highly respected. If it's your native language, or if you're parents speak it natively and you've learnt it too, it would be considered a soft option.

No. Unis will probably assume it's a native language anyway unless your referee says otherwise, and you can't expect your referee to lie on your behalf.
