GDL - Clinical Negligence Cases (BPP)

Hi all,

Not sure if I've posted this in the correct section. If not, please direct me accordingly.

As per the title, my question relates to clinical negligence (specifically the answer structure).

I understand the answer structure, until I get to factual causation.

When assessing factual causation, do we have to talk about factual causation in relation to each breach (e.g. failure to advise as to risks/illegible handwriting etc) or is factual causation discussed holistically by putting all the breaches under one heading, rather than separately.

Btw - this question is mainly directed at BPP students.

Any help would be much appreciated.
