Is Biology a sensible alternative for foreign students?

I'm a foreign student and now looking forward to studying in the UK for the A-level. I want to apply Biochemistry in the university so I decide to choose Maths, Biology, Chemistry in A-level...
Recently I found that a lot of senior students in my school who chose Biology said that it was totally disasters..... So I wonder if Biology is literally difficult for everyone, or it just depends..
By the way, my IGCSE grade in Biology I got A, pls it will be really nice if anyone can help me on that things..
My brother got the equivalent of an A* at GCSE and then he took biology at A level and he found it really hard!! I think that there is a LOT of work but if your organised and really determined then go for it.

Good luck☺️
They say that the step up to biology at A level is the hardest of the three sciences. It helps that you plan to take chemistry as well as there is a fair amount of cross over.

If you want to study biochemistry then the three subjects you have chosen are ideal.
