If a woman is never approached by men, is it her fault?

She’s told she’s attractive but guys never give her attention. And when they do, it’s always the less attractive ones. What does this mean?

bad luck??

"Less attractive" ones is an opinion, as the girl may think that they are ugly, but others may find them good looking.
Depending on the age of the boys maybe they like more promiscuous girls?- But I'm probably 100% wrong.

Also, does the girl show any interest in any male, if she doesn't that's why maybe?
Maybe it's the size of her tits. Men like bouncy ones... 😍🤩🤩

Maybe you should be more open minded?
No- it is not a matter of fault or blame.
Reasonable guys don't want to be considered pua sex pests or perverted creeps in the habit of sexually harassing women they work/study with.

A woman's body language and facial expressions can give guys the impression that she would not respond positively to being approached, is not looking for a male partner or has high relationship expectations that they would not be compatible with.
All of these are reason why guys who were interested would decide not to make an approach.
