Royal Holloway Accommodation -Runnymeade

Hey, I just got accommodation for Runnymeade, which was my first choice. But does anyone know the difference between Runnymeade 1 and Runnymeade 2? On the campus map, there are two Runnymede's but I don't know which ones which.

I think they are both the same except the let type for Runnymede 1 is 38 weeks and the let type for Runnymede 2 is 40 weeks. So in the long run, Runnymede 2 is more expensive per year.

Total R1 - £6,391.80
Total R2 - £6,729.48
