    I started smoking in the summer and now I feel I am getting addicted. I miss the rush it gives me and how you can socialise alot easier. Aaaahh help.

    But 50 years down the line, when you stink of ****, can barely speak and have no energy due to cancer then come back to me.

    I don't know if the OP means this, but it helps to socialise when other people are smoking and makes you feel more confident.

    Smoking is indeed addictive...i smoke too and have been doing so for the last 4 years...It is not easy to quit when people around you are smoking too, but you should give it your best shot, as you havent been doing this for too long and it still might be relatively easier to quit...

    I threw away all my rizlas and baccy, and my lighter, and any other smoking related crap I had, and vowed not to buy anymore, now I have more drinkin money!

    if you want to stop, then you can but it won't be easy. it does require a lot of willpower but there of plenty of resources to help you. i know wht you mean about it being easier to socialise. since the smoking ban i can't talk to all my friends at once cos half of them are usually outside :rolleyes:

    try not to associate socialising with smoking, that might help break the habit?
