    16kg hammer curls for 3 sets of 6.

    I do feel somewhat guilty for actually replying, but there you go. I sometimes even feel guilty for actually doing the damn things because I don't want to feel associated to all the guys I see in the gym who come in, do about 5 different types of curls and little else, and then leave.

    Indeed, he actually has a decent deadlift video considering hes like 16. I think its 405lbs for a couple of reps on a trap bar. He would be alright if it wern't for his explanations, and shoddy bicep curl form. His 21s on 135lbs are just stupid. He actually rows himself into his arms on one.

    Free I used to do about 3x10 at 15kg. Machine thing (kinda cheating) I did 5x5 at 22kg.

    But I don't have the time anymore unfortunately, so couldn't do either anymore.

    ^^^^ Hmmmmm that's what I was thinking......surely the idea of a bicep curl is to 'isolate' the biceps....not throw your back, head, legs etc all into lifting some dangerous weight......

    I know it's a small sample but the mathematician in me can't help noticing that it's a nice precise split between the small, medium and large lifts.

    EDIT: Now some fools lifting 18 and 11 have messed up my theory.

    yeah I did cheat to get that up. Heres another video where I dropped the weight to work on form. I did 21s as well. Because Arnold did them. SO they're cool.
