    What how is it bent? Ill admit theres a bit of momentum... but thats 135lbs you couldnt curl half that with the worst form.

    The idea is to not use your back whatsoever.....or as little as possible......yeh I could probably lift double what I am atm if I used my back and momentum just to lift it....but I try to focus on just getting my biceps/triceps to do all the work and not my back/gravity

    Arnold used cheat curls and he was amazing. How do you explain that?

    its deffinately not show boating. its not a good lift cause a) i dont train for strength and b) ive had 12 weeks off training during the 16 weeks i work during summer c) its not that good of a good lift by any means.

    youtube is doing its thing. not sure how long it takes.
