So I was applying for my provisional license but it said that I can only get a moped license at the age of 16 so does that mean I can't learn to drive till in 17 or can that license still be used when ur talking lessons at 16?

You can’t learn to drive a car in the UK until your 17. You can only learn to drive a car at 16 if your disabled and get a certain type of uk state benefit. You can apply for a provisional license at 16 years and 9months old (I believe) but you will not be allowed to get behind the wheel of a car or get insurance until the day of your 17th birthday.
