Physics clearing 2020

Hi! I was not planning on applying to uni this year but I ended up changing my plans very last minute. I want to study physics hopefully starting this year (2020). I am aware that the UCAS deadline was months ago.

My grades are good (5 A levels- A*A*AAA). Is it possible to get a place to study physics at a top uni through clearing or do I now have to wait a whole year and apply for 2021 entry?

The only way to know is to apply.

You need a full UCAS application to use clearing including a PS and reference so start getting your apply 2020 application in asap.

Clearing opens in early July but some universities will wait until August before adjusting their courses with vacancies.
Edinburgh have already announced they are going to be in Clearing, but we won't know what subjects for a while as Clearing doesn't officially open until July 6th. I would advise you to start a UCAS application asap
