Is the fact that I only have followers that change between 170-175 on Instagram make me a loser? I see my friends with loads of followers. I realise that I only follow like 170 ish anyway and haven't posted anything in years. But I see these people with 0 posts with hundreds of followers. I am probably overreacting.

You are overreacting. It’s only Instagram. Nobody cares anyway how many followers one has
