I'm 90% sure they look at each subject separately.

Thats correct. The % per grade allowed will be tied to an average of the last 3 yrs in that school in that subject. Its the rankings that matter as they get 'sliced' by the statistical model to make the 'grade boundaries' based on that historical data.

does this mean they look at the skl history? i am unsure abt this as I joined my skl in yr13 and their results in the past have been poor, so this will affect me isnt it? :frown:

yes, the schools results not your individual results. And yes, Im sorry but it could affect your grades. It all depends on the average of the past three years grades in your subject at your school. Your grade will be decided by your place in the rankings the teachers made and the average grade in yr subject over last 3 years at yr school. Good Luck, i hope you dont lose out.

Absolutely no idea. My college doesn’t seem to understand either as they can’t give a straight answer.

Sick of this pandemic. I can go abroad but can’t sit an exam.
