If there were any changes, it will be slight and is unlikely to be a massive shift (e.g. from a GCSE light to a GCSE heavy med school).

@GANFYD and @becausethenight may know more than me.

You can actually toggle between years of entry on the website to see the difference (they now require biology plus another science A levels, acceptable science subjects are Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, Environmental Studies or Geography, and make WP offers for BM5 - previously these applicants were directed to BM6)
Do they give weightage to gcse or is it only high UCAT
I can see it’s risky to apply withut high ucat score
Do they have scoring method?

GCSEs are minimum requirements only. Selection is done by UCAT score ranking

Thank you so much GANFYD
You have a lovely day
Will there be an interview or just simply a selection day?

Have they mentioned online interview?

In their selection process for interview, applicants that meet the minimum grade requirements are ranked solely by their UCAT score to determine who they invite to interview. You will have to have a google for the cut off each year but I would guess around 650. They give out offers based on both interview performance and UCAT score, although don't give the weightings.

FOI suggest recent cut offs of 700, 625, 640, 663, 645 (2018 entry), 627.5 (2019 entry)
2020 not released yet, I suspect

PRSOM! My medicine application would be in shambles without your help. Sorry to bother you again but does Southampton use SJT?

You have already been told you exceed most previous cut offs? Or at least told it is a med school you can consider applying to and past cut offs is what we base that on
