How to be a good F2?

I'm going to be an F2 soon, have you any tips on how to be a good F2?

What specialty? It is a step up from being an F1 but lots of the same principles apply.
Properly vet referrals but be polite over the phone. Why exactly are they referring to your specialty and what are they looking to get done?

Be available to help your F1s and push them in the right direction for prioritisation of tasks

You still don't know everything - so be aware of the limits of your own competency and know when to ask for help.

Remember F2s make more medication errors than F1s!
