Morning, how are ya??
Original post by Nialler x
No not all the time!
I do wake up in the middle of the night and I don't sleep well!

Thanks

Well you see if this is the case it has something to do with your sugar levels...
I am not a present in front of you but as per your reply I feel that. Because I've treated patients with similar symptoms and usually it was this one.

Well how about your mental health!?
Are you cool and calm all the time or stressed up and worried?

My mental health is poor, I have both depression and anxiety! Due to this i'm always stressing.

If you had treated patients, you would know better than to give medical advice online.

I'm afraid I haven't reached that level to say anything without looking... I do treat patients but I always do it under supervision...
I'm a student...

Hope that clears your concern!

Contact your GP....they would guide you in a better way but all your replies relate it to your sugar levels.

Not eating on time disrupts the system along with disturbance in sleeping pattern and hence your blood flow is low which disturbs your breathing.
This leads to stress and anxiety!

Good Luck!

even as a student, you should know better than to try and give out diagnoses over the internet

Pardon me!?
I am confused with what you said...

Like do you want me to diagnose or..

You can see I've told Nialler earlier how it's all related. I did not guess anything.
I am sorry I did not understand anything.

If you are in need then yes...
They can give you some vitamins or zinc tablets...
nothing like drugs or anything..
just these supplements...

Nah.. its related to different things..
Well u haven't seen her and I'm no physician..
it's just what I've come across and it's really common... and it's all normal in this stage of life!

So it's better if you confirm it with them...

Well, I'm not an expert...
I just said thats what I feel but I'm not certified or authorised...
I just gave a detailed explanation to why I felt it would be that.

I haven’t diagnosed anything Bro.
Maybe I am right or Maybe wrong...

but bless you for your concern 🥰

Thank You!
