That Israel offers seminars and training to the US police is not a lie, it's a well documented fact.

Israeli state is also a valid description, particularly when focusing on its violations of international law (the upcoming annexation of the west bank) and it's symbiotic relationship with other brutal states like the US, because those criticisms have nothing to do with its majority Jewish population and everything to do with its government.

Please tell us all why the US is a brutal state.

You have literally described it as one... Saying that because Israel is an ethno state the jews hold all the power at the expense of anyone else (which they do). Either way, refamiliarise yourself with the term i used.

Err yes? Unless you're being overly specific in which case it does tend to be Jews themselves who go out and colonise others land in line with the perverse ideology of zionism.
