What to do if the base is a fraction?

Just got this question in a powerpoint.

I know the law for this type of question, but am unsure how to approach this when the base is also a fraction.

Just apply the power to each term (numerator and denominator). So the negative power means flip the fraction then cube root (1/3) each part.

Reciprocate the fraction, then cube root the numerator and the denominator.
