brush teeth
wash off face wash
deodorant
moisturise
brush hair
get dressed
do exercises/go for a walk
get fruit for breakfast + fresh drink
study and eat breakfast
tidy room
practice Spanish
relax

I wake up at 6
Make bed
Brush teeth
Brush hair
Get dressed into sweats if I’m not going anywhere
Get breakfast of weetabix and OJ
Put on a film while studying
Make coffee
Study till lunch
Do any other jobs needed to be done
Study till 5
At 5 my parents get back from work so I have this as my free time and watch YouTube, FaceTime by boyfriend etc

I also have Saturdays as a break day so I’m still in bed now

Wake up around 11am
Brush my teeth
Wash my face
Put a load of product on my face
Brush my hair
Have breakfast
Do some chores
Watch netflix
Do some more chores
Watch Netflix
Workout
Have tea time
Do some more chores
Have dinner
Go to bed

hear my alarm at 5
So take my phone out of my charger,stop the alarm and get to to bed
Wake up again at 5:30 stop it,get to bed
Wake up again at 6:00 actually wake up and go ok phone for 8mins specifically
Get up and brush my teeth
Make a drink of warm water and lemon
Go back to bed and drink the drink while going on my phone.
Get changed,do my bed and study till for 8hrs till 5.
After five just go on my phone etc till 10 (bedtime)
Repeat for 5days a week

Nah not really. Usually it’s a kids film or one I’ve already seen before and I just put it on for background noise or something to relax me. Either than or I play music.

Do some stretches/plank/sit-ups/curls etc.
Shower & brush teeth
Work
Lunch
Work
Go for a walk
Work
Dinner
Catch up with mates zoom or ps4
TV before bed
Sleep & repeat
