Do you have to go to college to study ACCA? Like, could you be studying another course at university and do ACCA? Also, who conducts the acca exams?

You don't have to go to college to sit ACCA. There are courses in colleges, and many online, distance learning ones. Depending on your time availability you could sit ACCA exams while studying an unrelated degree - but why? I can think of circumstances where it might be a good idea but not sure these are common.
