How to Kill a mockingbird by Harper Lee, It might be hard for some people to accept that Harper Lee's classic is about racism that were told through a white gaze. It is an extremely outdated reflection of racism and social equality. What do you think?

I actually liked To Kill a Mockingbird. I’d say Lord of the Flies is quite overrated.

Don't think so, the Floyd case in America is the best example that the demands for social equality is not outdated. Black people are still bullying by white people and fought with violence by the police.

The classics I read so far were good.

Moby ****.
It's rambling, boring and the two most talked about main characters are hardly in huge chunks of the book.
It was a real ordeal and not at all worth the effort. I found it much harder to read than Shakespeare as it had (especially Ahab) densely packed blocks of fake archaic language without any flow or pace.
