Medical foundation year transfer

I’m a university student studying medicine with a foundation year in the UK. I’m into foundation year right now . Do you think it’s possible to transfer to other medical schools and enrol in September 2021
I would think it would be unlikely but there’s no harm in asking directly.

Yes my mother is still recovering with corona virus and I need to be closer to home to take of her and I have recently developed a heart condition that needs close monitoring. If univeristy goes online that means I cannot access my uni gp because it’s 3 hours away and my local gp won’t register me unless I live back at home

When I go back to uni in September 2020 I will be in first year medicine so It’s fine
