hi,
I have this Samsung laptop which really really old, about 5 to 6 years old and I have Windows 7 (home basic) installed in it.
The real issue with it is it's very slow, like very slow. I've tried all the solutions like; refreshing, factory reset, personalization etc..
I need to know what else I can do to fix it and make it normal.

My only suggestion would be to invest in a new laptop with improved hardware. That laptop has probably had its time now. Otherwise, you could download Windows 10 but not sure if that'll make a difference.

You could switch out the hard drive for a cheap £25 SSD, your drive could be coming to the end of its life and need replacing, and SSDs can generally offer a substantial improvement to day-to-day snappiness, even the cheap ones.
