The Student Room Group

Need help please !!!

Hi there,
I'm going to begin university this year in September and I've managed to obtain a tuition fee as well as an maintenance loan by being able to access the status of Eu migrant worker. Recently, due to some personal matters and other family circumstances i had to voluntarily quit my job. It's been a bit over 2 weeks since that happened and i still didn't informed the student finance company that this occurred. My question is , is this unemployment gap period going to affect my loan offer and if so , in what manner? Also , could i possibly get some suggestions to sort this out and still be able to obtain the loans? Or could i change my application in time / right away i decided to do so, in order to only benefit from the tuition fee loan ? Should i let them know i don't have a job at the moment and if so what would happen ? What is to do in this situation ?
