Hope it works and you do feel better
Don’t give up. There’s a solution to managing or minimising your pain somewhere!! 🤞🏻

I'm still here
I'm back today, still tired but still here.

Today I did one of my tasks on my list from school, I worked on some revision cards about media theorists to help me next year. I tend to be the one that knows about theories most in my class so. I wanna keep that title

We're going shopping to Primark and stuff soon which'll be fun.
See you soon

Hello.... It's me
I've had a mix of my osteopath appointment on Tuesday, Walking to a local stationary shop, having my personal trainer session yesterday and going shopping so today I've been watching Netflix in bed.

I did some magazine analysis for coursework and revision card making this morning. It was in bed but I did stuff so I was good.

I'm chilling in bed but my mum said yesterday I should start thinking about my 18th birthday. Just making a list and stuff so I might do that but there's no huge rush. I also need Netflix suggestions so if you have any let me know.

No Netflix suggestions, sorry.
Have you stuck to your guns over your 18th?
No alcohol etc. If so, good for you.
Personally I would still have a weekend away with my close family. Then if they want an alcohol fuelled party with everyone you’ve never heard of, you can pretend it’s not for you as you’ll have had your celebration
What have you come up with?
