I have to share a room at home with my 12 year old brother. I’m 21 and at uni, but whenever I’m home (eg the past 4 months) I hate having to share.

Is this normal? Can anyone relate?

I share a room with my sister when I’m home from uni, we’re much closer in age than you two but we’d be sharing regardless of that, it’s a question of space. My friend (also 20) shares with her 11yo brother when at home so it’s not ideal but it happens.

Think about what you’ll need to do in order to move out.
