I started selling cheap stuff on ebay that I import from China... its slow money tbh.. can turn a profit but when you calculate the time and effort its almost not worth it. Basically I buy an item then sell it for triple, which sounds great but then I pay eBay their cut and PayPal transaction fee then postage and packaging...so triple turns into double..

Need a bigger hustle tbh or possibly expand on the products I’m selling. I calculated that every £20 I spend I make roughly £50 back which is meh

Interesting, surely this can’t be a regular income though?

Go to your local wholesaler where you stay buy higher value items say at £10/£20 an item and sell them for double most wholesale places will not charge you any VAT

They do charge you VAT, you have to claim it back on business taxes

Well yes it does... you cant do 1 or 2 odd jobs a year and claim to have a side hustle.
