I am a teenager who has had childhood trauma , i have therapy almost every 2 weeks. Is it normal to want to end my life here and there? Like i almost did it once but i was scared of feeling the pain of suffocating. I always feel alone, even though i have my family , i mean they aren't my biological parents but they love me and care but it's just i went through so much stuff. I don't want you to feel bad for me, i just want to know if it's normal to want to end my life like every couple times a week the thought crosses my mind but im too much of a coward to do it. I think every other teenager goes through this tho?

What's stopping you from looking to the future and thinking that things will get much better?

Normal or not, it's not healthy. You should probably speak to your therapist about it.

Yh it’s especially hard during this pandemic, face to face therapy has been halted until further notice and calls over the phone don’t really help. Stick in there mate!

the only thing I want to say is ANY FEELING, ANY EMOTION IS NORMAL. I am very sorry that someone can feel so alone so lonely that he would not want to live his life. I had similar problems, and not only do teenagers pass it, but adults, too, unfortunately. the most important thing is not to forget that you need to work on yourself and your soul. to love yourself. I know and understand that it is wildly difficult. but know that you will surely find peace and meet your man.
