Can they hack my accounts?

I use the same password for all my websites and mumsnet banned me. I do have double security on some of my social media but not all and was just wondering If websites could hack my socials??
Are you asking if mumsnet would hack your accounts?

You've made a lot of unrelated statements.

Hackers hack, not websites.

If you're using the same password on multiple sites, then the answer is yes: a malicious site owner could use your password to log on as you to a different site. That's why you need to use a different password for each site you use.

This protects you not only against a malicious site owner, but also against malicious/incompetent systems administrators, and against people who have hacked the system you're logging on to.

Two-factor authentication helps protect against your account being compromised, but it's an additional layer of security; it's not a replacement for having a unique password for each service.
