Need some urgent help in finalising my GCSE options in a new school:
Along with the core subjects I opted for :
Spanish , Computer Science and Business Studies.

Have to select one more subject .From the below , I want an easier one to score and study.

ICT won't be a GCSE, but something (e.g. Cambridge Nationals, DIDA) considered to be of a similar level. It will probably be mostly coursework and pretty easy.

Geography is pretty content heavy, lots of case studies but fairly straightforward. I found geography pretty easy at GCSE but that doesn't mean everyone will.

French was alright. Found it harder than geography but that's because I'm not a talented linguist. I feel that there's quite a lot of similarities between French and Spanish so the fact that you're doing Spanish might help you out with French?

Didn't do ICT or Economics so can't speak for those

it may have changed since but a few of my friends who took french found it fairly easy, and geography seemed easy at first but during the exams they struggled with it. it depends on the exam board i suppose! i dont have any experience with ICT or economics im afraid but i would go with either french or geography if you wanted the ‘easiest’. good luck (:

I’d really recommend geography! It’s really fun and quite useful as you can apply the skills you learn to other subjects!

Geography. Easier and lessons more laid back.

i did geography and french, geography was easily the easiest out of the two. you can use a bit of common sense w the human geography and i personally found the exams much easier than the french ones. difficulty is subjective though.
