A lot of people like it here but I personally just HATE it and hate the people here and hate the architecture and just about everything about it. I have zero loyalty to my hood but my friends 'can't imagine leaving'.... I can't wait to get the F out

The grass isn't always greener. Birmingham is the 2nd or 3rd biggest city in England, moving anywhere else would be a downgrade unless its London or Manchester.

And, why leave all your friends? Move to a different area instead, there are some very nice areas in Birmingham.

The people are unfriendly. The architecture is not beautiful. There is nothing old and authentic about it.

I would easily move to Manchester, London, Leeds, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Glasgow... Literally not too picky but there's nothing beautiful about Birmingham

I hate the part of town I live in- it's a very unsafe/rough place to be and live in. With drug dealings, prostitution, theft, stabbings happening everywhere, you always have to be careful whenever you walk out of the house
