What materials do I need to investigate the effect of pH on yeast growth in one carbon source (Glucose) and identify the key organelle involved in the process

pH meter
A way of measuring yeast before and after e.g using water trough to collect volume of co2 produced. That's all I can think off at the top of my head. Is this level 2 (GCSE level work or A-level, if I may ask)
