I want to apply for Oxford University to study Computer Science and i'm aware you must sit a MAT exam. In order to sit the exam, do I need to have all grade A's or can I have A's with a single B? This is just the requirements for the exam not the course.

Oxford is hardly likely to accept you with a B grade. if you want to you can check out the UCAS offer chance calculator, it tells you your chance of getting into a particular uni and course based off of your subjects and grades. the URL is here: https://www.ucas.com/advisers/offer-rate-calculator/
There are no requirements just to apply (of which taking the MAT is a part).
There are no entry requirements to sit the exam but the requirements for the course are A*AA so you can sit the MAT but if you arent predicted A*AA in your A levels then you won’t get a place
