    A week.

Because I didn't feel like moving from my room.
    My room stank.

I didn't shower for 3 weeks after my mum said she'd had an affair and was leaving. I was pretty much in a hugely depressed lull. I was only 13 at the time so I didn't have any responsibilities that required me leaving the house, so I just vegged around, and most of my friends felt too awkward to really ask after me.

3 days - had to sleep in a desert (without a tent or anything), so the sweat and dust made it horrible. Otherwise I need one every morning.

Sorry, but some of you are disgusting. I shower at least once a day, wash my face about 10 times per day, and wash my hands even more than that!

I do have OCD, but that's not the reason why; it just sickens me to know that you people get in bed without being clean. You realise your bed covers will be dirty until you wash them (for some people this is months)? You realise your pillow will have gel and hairspray on it until you wash the pillowcovers? This is a great way to get spots.
I used to be quite like you, and was obsessive with personal hygiene. Its gone away a bit now. I'm still a very clean person, but not to the extreme extent i used to be.

Oddly enough, my skin got better after i began to allow some of the natural oils produced to get flowing a bit, ditto for the hair. Your body is designed to clean itself to an extent anyway. The comments on a bed being "unclean" strike me as a bit paranoid.

(Unless your post was supposed to be sarcastic)

But anyway, the longest i have ever gone was 3 days. Was due to laziness mostly, couldn't work up the motivation to put myself into the shower!

Not sure exactly, but must have been several months. My marriage broke down and then so did I. Being an alcoholic didn`t help. I used to sleep in the bushes in Richmond Park as I was sure `people` were going to get me if I spent the night in my flat. I remember thinking "Full moon again" at least 3 times. When I finally admitted this was not quite normal and got help, the hospital burned my clothes. Now 7 years sober and about to start uni. So very grateful.
