If I got upset in school I'd buy biscuits or sweets and eat them on the way home whilst crying

i rant / vent. depending on why i’m in a bad mood i’ll talk it out with a friend or an adult i trust, or i go solo. i have numerous rants saved on my ipad that i wrote this way. but it’s whatever works for you, right? :yep:

Drink water
work out (really helps)
Go for a walk

I workout. Not heavy, just a couple of exercises to boost my mood. For example, jumping rope for about an hour or push ups etc.

Shower and imagine the negative washing off me as the water falls off and just like to concentrate on the feel of water on my head, rant to my cat because she can't answer back , go on playstation with my friends to take my mind off it, go to my favourite sunset spot and have a deep think, go for a walk, listen to music that matches my mood, go to sleep (doesn't work if something is clouding my mind as opposed to just a moody mood), sit at the doorstep with my cats and just feel the sunshine or whatever weather

Depends what’s pissing me off tbh. If I’m alone then copious amounts of swearing usually does the job. Otherwise working out when I can

Do people acc throw stuff? Is there just instant regret afterwards?

hm maybe. but considering the fact that the writer has always been adamant in her her decision to not use caps lock, but quickly switches to over-using them in a rant clearly portrays the writer’s anger 😁🤓
