Do slugs have hearts?

As the title suggests I want to know if slugs have hearts - I was having an argument with a few people anout this but we couldn't get an answer - if anyone's got any ideas send a post - cheers :tee:

Slugs are in a subgroup called the Gastropoda, the members of which have a head, a ventral muscular foot, and a shell (internal in slugs).

they do have muscles which move around the liquid inside them, and i suppose you could call that a heart. but they don't have hearts that beat in the same way as vertebrates do.

Freddy my pet slug had a heart. One day he slithered all the way around my bedroom window frame so I didn't have to wash the slime marks off the glass.

I don't think they have hearts like our heatrs, and i don't think they have bood. if they dont have blood why do they need a heart.
it may be like 'do ants' have brains', they are just nerve masses
