It usually means that he’s relating that cringey phrase “you’re the girl/boy of my dreams”. It’s said to compliment you.

They are basically saying that you’ve done something right so it’s “like a dream” as it was so good etc.

It’s usually a compliment so I wouldn’t worry! :smile:

I would take that to mean you're everything he's been looking for.

But sometimes it's just a cheesy line and means very little, depending on the guy.
