Prelims (hopefully not just on them) and I think they also consider how well you should have achieved in the final exams but not sure :/

There is a lot of different factories like prelims, class work, other assessments, the teachers judgement, the sqa will also take in previous grades in that subject.

Yeah, however the problem is that I didn’t do nat 5 admin (crashed higher) and the teachers didn’t give a lot of assessments just the unit assessments and I’m really worried (prelim also went terrible) :/

Yeah I think it's going to be harder for those who did crash a subject but at least you could appeal it and I'm sure it'll be a good result

Same tbh, I suppose it does get a bit easier after you've been through it a couple of times but I would still like to find out now but not as much as you get used to the wait. I think this year has been hard on everyone especially those getting results for the first time and those waiting for certain results for conditionals.

Do you think if you got all A's in your prelim that you would be predicted all A's

You should do as usually predictions are one grade/band higher than prelim result so you should get high As, but on the certificate it will just say A.

Not necessarily prelims can be harder then the exams especially for my school and for some schools prelims domt matter cause they knows pupils will do much better in the exam the prelims is a kick up the bum u need

Exactly. My English teacher said like 153428 times that: „prelims don’t matter don’t worry” or „SQA exam will be easier”
