Does anyone know the career progression and possible salary bands in BP/shell/exxonMobil??
1. commercial graduate in these companies and
2. in engineering/technical graduate

on their websites it says that they will pay 35k to graduates
is it from the very start or it is what you can expect after finishing graduarte program?
im asking because most engineering companies offer much less from the start 20-24k
