Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

I still say I’m straight, but I don’t know if that’s right to do.

When I met the person I’m currently dating, they were presenting as a female, which is fine because I’ve always considered myself
straight, I’ve only ever dated females etc. However, they recently came out as non binary, which is totally fine I’m super happy for them! And I asked them and they said it’s fine if I still say that I’m straight, but people like their friends aren’t so sure on it. And i’m worried that me doing so will make it sound like I’m purposefully misgendering them. Any ideas what to do? Is it okay to keep saying i’m straight? I don’t want people to think I’m not supportive
