Spot on mate. Every day I seem to feel more resentment to the North end but more down to the fact that it's being left to deteriorate by the city council. The Kensington regeneration is taking far longer than was predicted and I'm not took excited about the plans for the Anfield-Breckfield area once the new stadium gets built.

To be fair though, regeneration in terms of mind state is going to take far longer than any short term initiative. Thing is a lot of bright people coming from these areas are moving to the south end, to crosby, the wirral etc leaving the people struggling to remain. They've been replaced in part by poor immigrants and the cycle seems to continue. It's not just a Liverpool problem by any means though it's remarkably true of urban development in the UK and I wouldn't be surprised if it applied across most developed cities.

Building a Maccies and a Lidl ain't the answer, but truth be told nobody really knows, certainly not somebody currently in power quite what the answer is.

    Is this in Kenny? LMAO
I hear rumours of building a leisure centre in the old carpet world on Edge Lane by the Subway/Blockbuster.
