Sorry you feel like that. I wouldn't quite say it's ok (as it's not pleasant to feel like that) or that everyone feels like this, but it's definitely something people can experience. I can often feel like things feel way worse at night, and I find myself worrying about all kinds of things. And then I wake up in the morning and it doesn't feel quite so bad. Have you tried listening to a mindfulness exercise right when you're going to sleep? That might help distract you from the gloomy thoughts.
