Hi i am going into my second year of the IB and because i cant go back to the UK i will most likely have to complete IB in my home country. The school i would then go to does not have Philosophy HL, which i have been doing, and i will have to do Global politics. I did 4 HLs in Y1 and want to keep doing so, but if it gets too bad i can always drop my fourth HL.. Has anyone ever done this change? Is global politics hard (i do politics as a hobby but it is more local/national and i never studied it) ? Is it harder or easier than philosophy? Is there a specific essay style i need to follow? I only have 5 weeks to catch up and i am aiming at really high grades to get into my dream uni so i dont want this to spoil my IB..
