Liquid alternative for Kalms tablets? watch

    Anon for obvious reasons.

    Does anyone know of a possible liquid alternative for Kalms tablets?

    Anyways no I don't know any, go to boots or something and ask there. It's not exactly a prescribed medicine, just your average over the counter tablet you can get from tescos...

    Horlicks, perhaps. For a moment there I thought it was called Snorlax but I googled it and found out it's a Pokemon.

    There are these herbal drop things in Boots that are supposed to help, I'll try to find them.

    I think it's mostly placebo tbh, I took the prescribed dosage, it didn't do anything, so after a few days I took loads and loads and it still done nothing.

    Ditto on Rescue Remedy - some of the other Bachs remedies may help, depending on what you need them too - best bet for that would be to talk to someone in Holland and Barratts.
