I ask on behalf of a friend:

If someone is predicted AABB for A-Level's with the B's being in Chem and Bio (A's in maths and economics), which med unis can he apply to (i.e. which unis do not require A's in bio and chem A2) regardless of his chances. (he is also predicted AA in chem and bio AS repeat in January)

    Much appreciated.
    Thanks

I would think not a lot.
Can he not get them pushed up to As, or at least one anyway?

Everywhere except Oxbridge, depending on the subject. Anyway, regardless of that, nothing stops you applying anywhere. I hate how everyone thinks that a B is a crippling grade on here. Seriously...it's not as bad as you think.

if they require A grades in chem and biol on their A2 grade requirements, then avoid them. That'd be my advice though.
What you want is for your predicted grades to meet their standard offers.
