Hi, I've only been looking into Brighton and Reading for their foundation courses personally, but they both offer entry with BTECs:

https://www.brighton.ac.uk/courses/study/pharmacy-mpharm-with-integrated-foundation-year.aspx
The other unis that do foundation years are UEA, Kingston, and Medway. It also might be worth looking at Liverpool John Moores, De Montfort, Hertfordshire, Wolverhampton, and Sunderland even though they don't do foundation (I think).
