Lady Spencer Churchill Hall?

Anyone else been placed here? wasnt my 1st choice as my course is based on headington campus annoyingly.

yea im gonna be there, but it was my first choice, coz lots of my course will be in wheatley. But went to oxford yesterday ,and the bus to headington and oxford city center are pretty damn good.

i emailed them asking about it and they said uve been excepted to lady spencer churchil hall F14 , dont know ive thats the room number or not. Anyone else heared anything ?

I'm currently at Brookes, just finished my first year - Not to worry you but just to warn you if your course is based in Headington it is going to be an absolute pain in the a** to travel there, people who study at Wheatley or are put there despite having no lectures in that campus complain about it ALL THE TIME and I know quite a few people who have requested to move out of Wheatley after a few weeks. I hope this helps

Can u please help me regarding the real facts of lady spencer churchill hall..Accomodation, faculty, security, rules etc....and please let me know if there is seperate bedroom with attached bathroom to each student..even if there is option for seperate kitchen also..we would be very happy....n what is G16 how abt this room...please advice..

There are only rooms with shared bathrooms in Wheatley. It's all a bit old and ugly, but it is not nearly as bad as it looks on first impression. Kitchens are also shared and they are quite small, but it's catered halls after all, so you're not expected to use the kitchen too often. The campus has two entrances. The back one is pedestrian only and is locked at night. There is 24/7 security and it feels safe enough.
