What do you do to relax?

I find it hard to relax, can anyone suggest good ideas?
youtube, listening to music, breathing deeply in and out if i'm stressed

I can only listen to podcasts on youtube, would absorbing more information during exam season have an effect on me or is that okay? I worry that I am being overloaded with too much information at once. Thank you for the suggestions.
Watch tv, stream amazon prime, netflix, pornhub premium, play xbox, exercise.

I used to follow guided meditations on Youtube. There's an app called Insight Timer that's really good too. Being aware of the anxious thoughts is a normal part of meditation. Just don't get lost in their story. Once you're aware of them, bring your attention back to the breath. Over time, you should notice a difference.
But some tunes on and keeping away from social media helps.
Thank you for your honest opinion, I eat a lot too but I tend to stress eat a lot of sugary snacks. It's not good haha but I hardly cry. It's great that you cry and let out your emotions.

Painting, browsing TSR, listening to a good podcast, or just sitting outside.
I find playing sport helps me de stress.
Currently enjoying playing golf 🏌️*♀️ with my dad, I find this very therapeutic.
Usually I put headphones in, close my eyes and listen to music. Just relax and breathe. Always works for me. Good luck!
Music. But then I feel guilty listening to it because I have tons of work to do.
make time for just you and get away from the world dont even think about what you need to do cause its your time:yep:
Music, blog, diary. That order.
- classical music
- ordering deliveroo
- playing tf2
- reading
- watching weird stuff on youtube
