NHS medical laboratory assistant (MLA) interview advice

Hi,

I have an upcoming interview for a MLA position in a hospital in blood transfusion. I haven’t had an interview for a post like this before and would live some hints, tips or interview Qs.

I also have to do a pre-assessment competency test which I know nothing about. It’s all stressing me out so any help would be welcome.
